No Returns or Refunds After Carrier Confirms Possession: Once the carrier confirms possession of the package, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless specific criteria are met.
Eligibility Period: Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the order meets the guidelines outlined below.
Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original, unopened shipment packaging. Opened packaging renders the item ineligible for return, unless:
- The item was destroyed during shipping.
- The wrong item was sent.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-30 business days after receipt of the returned item. For immediate returns via PayPal or Zelle, a small transaction fee may apply.
Right of Refusal: Peptide Formulations LLC reserves the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at its sole discretion.

Incorrect Order Fulfillment

Incorrect Items Delivered: If we deliver incorrect items due to our error, we will offer:
- A 100% refund of the purchase price, or
- A reshipment within 5 business days.

To qualify, clear pictures and videos must be sent to [email protected] within 8 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed if the pictures clearly show a product that does not match the order.

Broken or Damaged Orders
